Team
Who we are
Fountain Labs is the innovation team at Fountain. We work side by side with customers to find the problems that matter most to frontline employers, prototype AI agents and new products to solve them, and turn what works into Fountain products.
Build with customers
We sit with customers inside their own Fountain accounts and build agents that take real work off their plates.
Share what works
The best builds become Claude skills, playbooks and research that every Fountain customer can use.
Bring people together
Events like CPUC put power users, product and engineering in one room to build.
